The Busy Bee Crafting and Learning Center does not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased longer than exactly 6 months after date of purchase, items that are damaged after purchase, and/or one-of-a-kind products (e.g., limited-edition bracelets or hand-crafted objects sold either online or physically). For items purchased less than 6 months prior to their purchase date, they must be in a) identical physical condition as purchased (like new), and b) returned with proof of purchase (i.e., a receipt, e-mail confirmation or e-ticket). Items matching these requirements may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value as determined by set price, or for in-store credit in the form of a receipt or gift certificate. Refunds for non-physical items (including but not limited to: classes, workshops, courses, seminars, and tutorials) will be accepted upon presentation of proof of purchase, provided that the client has not attended more than 50% of any singular event or event series. Refunds for last-minute (i.e., less than 24 hours notice) cancellations will not be accepted.
